Energy Packaging

Elderly, disabled and low income individuals may receive a home visit and assessment to determine if there are energy related or other needs that can be addressed by various programs that are available in the community.

Energy usage is discussed and the customer is provided with energy education to help them learn what they can do to conserve energy.

After the assessment, a referral is made to the appropriate program and applications are completed and submitted on behalf of the customer.

Limited case management is provided to help the customer through the process to ensure they receive the services they applied for.
